Too much pressure for a young team..?

Lack of Clutch Hitting..

the Dodgers are quickly becoming the kings of the K. putting the bat on the ball is
all that is needed not hitting the cover off it. its like their standing in concrete afraid to make an out. trying to
work the count and quickly finding them self in a 0-2 count. They have
lost that freewheeling attitude that got them back in the pennant race. they need to
loosen up, relax. the hits will come the rallies will happen and we will put
up the proper amount of runs and win games..

the fifth spot is ice cold.. that has become are dead zone...
are young players are not taking the pressure of a tough
pennant race , this is their first one.. but i don't think i can take another
strike out looking.

Milwaukee @ Dodgers 3 game set....8/16/08

Great timing the Brewers are coming in whit the bottom of there rotation.. we got lucky and we don't have to see CC and sheets..w00t..we don't have to face there ace..

Game 1 starter Parra, last start he got into it whit fielder.  if we can get to him early he may fall apart.. taking pitches and driving the pitch count up will go a long way whit this guy...

also, the Brewers are hoping to have All-Star left fielder Ryan Braun back in the lineup this weekend.they put him on the 15 day dl on 8-13. so how can they take him off the dl this fast.. oh well we don't have to face him today..

brewers are coming off a 8 game win streak that was broke up by SD yesterday.they have lost seven of their last eight contests at Dodger Stadium and dropped two of three to Los Angeles at Miller Park from May 13-15.

So  the Dodgers have taking 9 of the last 11 games played...we have this teams number we need to keep it.....

in the preview of the game we have an edge in everything but runs..last time we played them billingsley was the starter he only gave up 2 runs and we got him 7...

Billingsley has been pitching great over his last 6 or so starts..after we blew his last game whit SF we own him one...

the Dodgers have been on fire at the plate doesn't seem like anyone can keep us off the bags. think we have only had a 3 up 3 down inn 1 time in are last 5 or so games. cant remember the last time I've seen so many Dodgers on the bases..looking at are line up are worse hitting player right now is nomar..lol.. oh man that is a good sign..

whit the win last night thats 4 in a row and if we didn't blow those two games in SF we would have a 8 game winning streak..no biggy we will keep up the momo and take down AZ..

AZ is going to houston; houston is on a 8 game win streak.7.1/2 game's back of the wild card chasing the brewers.. so we both can do each other a  favor..btw AZ and the brewers have the same records, 62 W's. 59 L's.. sould be a good one..

looking for nomar to heat up and for billingsley to give us 6 good inning's...and who is going to be hitting in the 5th spot... we need to get that 5th spot up to par...

Looking to keep the momo going. and the doggers don't show up...

Go Blue...
